Match of the Dames was born right here at Altrincham FC — and next season we’re coming home in style, returning to the J. Davidson Stadium for eight matchdays, including our first ever women’s game.
Last season, the Dames welcomed 20 women and girls to selected home games, for an afternoon of football‑themed fun that sparked a movement — hundreds of first‑timers discovering the joy, community and belonging that comes from spending your Saturday at the football.
